back in stock - here comes washer, improved means to deteriorated ends
BACK IN STOCK
Our first album, Here Comes Washer, and our most recent album, Improved Means To Deteriorated Ends, are both back in stock on vinyl! Available through Exploding In Sound Records individually or as a discounted bundle. We are very grateful to the label for working with us for the last decade-plus. Without EIS we would not know and love many of our friends and kindred in rock. Early next year will mark 10 years since Here Comes Washer. An absurdity.

Bundle includes Here Comes Washer on cloudy green vinyl and Improved Means To Deteriorated Ends on burgundy vinyl.
Here’s a blurb from the boss himself:
“For the past eleven years or so we've been saying "Washer are the future" and we mean it. The duo's songwriting is timeless, brash and delightfully messy on one-hand, but deeply profound and earnest on the other. Kind of like real life conversations with a good friend.
Today we are thrilled to announce reissues of both Washer's debut full length, Here Comes Washer, as well as the band's most recent album, Improved Means To Deteriorated Ends, two undeniable classics. Mike Quigley (vocals, guitar, bass) and Kieran McShane (drums) have always made the most of the duo format, the songs outweighing their skeletal designs with massive hooks and three sheets to the wind sentiments that result in the kind of alternative rock rippers that leave you with a sore neck and hoarse throat.
Washer's songs have incredible lasting power, proven by Here Comes Washer, a record that sounds as resonant today as it did nearly a decade ago. Twisting with sharp melodies and heavy rhythms, the duo carved out a set of smash hits that feel anxious yet comfortable, a sense of catharsis among those closest to you. The band have only continued to build upon that magic with All Aboard and of course their latest masterpiece, Improved Means To Deteriorated Ends, a record that's built on unrest, unease, and the general question of what exactly are we doing here. For all of us that seem to ask that daily, it becomes increasingly clear (at least in terms of Washer), that their music is here to remind us we're not alone as balance and teeter our way through depression, the lows of capitalism and the work week, and life's many injustices. Community will win. The people will rise. Washer will provide some needed catharsis.”

EIS BDAY WEEKEND
We are very honored to play the first night at Baby’s All Right alongside Ovlov, Prewn, and Rick Rude. It’s an early show: Doors @ 6PM, Show @ 6:30PM.
Congratulations to everybody on Dick Cheney dying the same day Zohran Mamdani was elected mayor of New York City and Pennsylvania retained its supreme court justices and a handful of other slightly hopeful breaks from the onslaught of misery of the age.
